For Beginners to Experienced – All Runners Welcome
Do you want to run or start running this summer? Not quite sure how to safely start this journey? Many beginner runners injure themselves in the first few weeks or months of commencing running.
For those seasoned runners- do you want to learn how to decrease the loads going through your system?
The mindset of “I need to run to get fit” really should be transformed into “I need to be fit to run” in order to prevent injuries from occurring.
Led by experienced runner and physiotherapist Nicole Storm, this running workshop will be focused on injury prevention for runners.
Following the workshop, Nicole will also be starting our Conditioning Classes tailored for runners, which will be held 7am Saturday mornings.
