Rigid Taping: Can be used to stabilize joints, prevent movement and reduce pressure or tension in various areas of the body

Kinesiotape: It is a stretchy unidirectional tape that can be used to increase proprioception to skin, muscle and joints, as well as reduce swelling, improve lymphatic flow and circulation. By applying the tape with the appropriate tension it can result in decreased pain, improved muscle and joint performance, and increased stability.
