On Sunday 20th August, Facilitator Pei-Jiun and Chef Gabby welcomed their guests to the beautiful Elliot Falls property at Mt Elliot on the Central Coast of NSW.
The small group were able to enjoy each others’ company in daily yoga and pilates classes, meditation, sound baths, goal setting and wellness workshops. The morning yoga sessions were amazing to welcome the day and get the body moving and flowing to ease into the day feeling absolutely amazing! The pilates classes helped to build strength and mobility, followed by workshops about breathing, mindset and goals. Each night ended with a nourishing meal, meditation and relaxation through either sound baths or meditative yoga.
Pei-Jiun was able to curate and tailor each and every session to each participants’ needs which was reflected in the positive outcomes everyone felt. Gabby provided seasonal, delicious and nutritionally balanced breakfast, lunch and dinner meals as well as some sweet snacks and dessert to be enjoyed by everyone over the week and keep their bodies fuelled and feeling fantastic!
All were able to thoroughly enjoy the program each day and took away lifestyle tips and changes to benefit themselves back in everyday life. One participant said that she has already started implementing meditation, particularly when managing stressful work situations. She has gone from “a ball of anxiety and stress” to becoming much more calm and able to manage life’s stressors more easily.
